Clinic Policies


Non- Refundable Deposit

In order to protect the clinic and business we reserve the right to enforce our non-refundable deposit policy. If any of the policies are broken by you as a client your deposit becomes non-refundable. It is at the managers discretion to refund a deposit if the policy terms are met or under extenuating circumstances.


The clinic understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will active the non refundable policy

Lateness Policy

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and will active the non refundable policy

Images Policy

When signing up to the clinic you have given consent for your images to be used. Please state clearly to staff if you would NOT prefer for your images to be used in our marketing.
